When You Attract Men But They Don't Commit

You’ve been doing your part, including upgrading your appearance. Your hair’s nice, your skin’s glowing, and you’re wearing tones that flatter your complexion.

You like the glances from men, but you’re ready for more one-on-one attention. You realize you have the power to change your life, and since the small changes worked, there's more that can be done on your part. Thanks to the nifty power of the Internet, you start to DIY your love life. You came this far. You can do it, right? Maybe you got even nicer hair, learned to speak in a softer voice, started to saunter and put a little switch in your stride. But these exaggerated techniques feel uncomfortable, unnatural. Sure, they are simply methods to express femininity, but you're still not in your Feminine Allure™.Along the way, you've met some decent men. You’ve even had your eye on one, but he didn’t work out because:

  • He’s “not looking” for what you’re looking for
  • He disrespects your boundaries
  • He just isn’t a fit

You're attracting men, but you're not keeping them. Most importantly, you aren't meeting anyone who seems to be a perfect fit and evenly yoked. You’re putting in work and have only attracted every form of Mr. No. So where’s Mr. Right? Thinking about your past is infuriating. Men have paved trails of tears in your life with lies, abuse, and infidelity. You’re too grown, too faith-led, and too pure of heart to entertain men struggling with plain ol’ immaturity, despite their age and status in life. You're unsettled because you’re constantly wondering, “God, where is he? When are You sending him?”You don’t want to force love. After all, at some point, you have to let go and let God, right? BUT, there's a tiny little problem, this one itty-bitty catch.Even after you've "let go and let God",  you don’t really believe it. You don't believe God will make it happen for you when it comes to love. Listen, I get it. You don’t need to chase a man. You’ve got better things to do. He who findeth a wife, right? The truth is, men are a symptom. They are a clue to what's happening within your inner landscape. You hold a beautiful, special key within you. Your key has the power to unlock higher levels of love, and consciously transform your perspective to let love in. But until you shift what you’re doing, you’ll never use it. You’ll keep it in your pocket, and continue as usual. You’ll continue to feel invisible. You’ll continue to experience missed connections. You’ll continue to check your phone every 10 minutes to see if he’s called. You’ll agonize over never hearing from him again, and agonize about how you messed it up, again.Until you decide enough is enough. You’ve got a blind spot. Whether you’re scared you’re not good enough, disbelieve that love and happiness are available for you, or throw yourself in work to numb your loneliness, it’s time to stop the madness. Stop being wishy-washy.It's time to strengthen your emotional fitness so you can step into the woman you truly are. You are genetically encoded for love. That's why Jesus tells us in Luke 12:7, that the very hairs on your head are all numbered. He wasn't talking about the 50 trillion strands. He's referring to the DNA that can be found in your hair follicles. It's the DNA of God, within you. I know you want something real, and it’s coming. You might not even notice how close you are, but I’m here to move you forward.According to Luke 12:32, it is the Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom. The real question is, are you ready to receive the Kingdom with pleasure?Stay tuned.Monique
